Maison Close Rules - Prize Draw: Win a 3-Piece Lingerie Set

By participating in the prize draw (hereinafter the “Prize Draw”), the Participant agrees to comply with all provisions of these rules.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the cancellation of participation in the Prize Draw.

ARTICLE 1. Organizer of the Prize Draw

These rules are intended to govern the terms and conditions of the Prize Draw organized by Muse, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register under number 878 760 495, whose registered office is located at 167 Rue Paradis, 13006 Marseille, France (hereinafter “Maison Close”).

The Prize Draw is organized by Maison Close in connection with the “1 free 3-piece set” offer from May 22, 2026 to May 24, 2026 inclusive, according to the terms specified below.

The Prize Draw is organized under the sole responsibility of Maison Close.

ARTICLE 2. Participation Conditions

2.1. Participation Terms

The Prize Draw is open to any adult natural person with legal capacity, acting for personal and non-professional purposes (hereinafter the “Participants”).

Each Participant who validates a purchase on the Maison Close website accessible via the URL https://maison-close.com/ (hereinafter the “Website”), between May 22, 2026 at 00:01 GMT+1 and May 24, 2026 at 23:59 GMT+1 inclusive, regardless of the delivery location and within the countries listed on the Website, will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw.

2.2. Prize

The Prize Draw consists of a random draw that will take place on 05/25/2026, allowing one (1) Participant to win the following prize:

  • One (1) lingerie set composed of three (3) pieces, selected by the winning Participant from a selection proposed by Maison Close.

ARTICLE 3. Liability

Maison Close shall not be held liable if, in the event of force majeure, it is required to cancel, extend, postpone or modify the conditions of the Prize Draw, and its liability may not be incurred as a result.

The prize may not be exchanged, refunded or paid out in cash at the request of the winning Participant.

As part of the Participants’ participation in the Prize Draw, Maison Close is required to process certain personal data relating to the Participants.

4.2. Description of Processing Activities

Participation in the Prize Draw

Data collected:

  • Data collected for the creation of a customer account and registration in the “Close to you” loyalty program: title, first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, password, newsletter subscription preferences, loyalty points, delivery and billing addresses, wish lists, referral information.
  • Data collected when placing an order: products ordered, last name, first name, delivery and billing addresses, phone number, delivery method, customer order history, payment history, exchanges and correspondence relating to the order and delivery of products, after-sales service, any complaints.
  • Data collected for the allocation of the prize: last name, first name, order number, email address, messages exchanged with customer service.

Purposes of processing: organization of the Prize Draw.

Legal basis: performance of the contract, namely these rules.

4.3 Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data may be communicated, solely for the purposes set out above, by Maison Close to its staff and to its service providers responsible for managing the Prize Draw, as well as IT service providers responsible for data management and promotional offers, where applicable.

6.4 Participants’ Rights Regarding Their Personal Data

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, Participants have the following rights, under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations:

  • Right of access: to obtain confirmation that their personal data is being processed, as well as certain information about such processing.
  • Right to rectification: to obtain the rectification of their personal data where it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): to obtain the erasure of their personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or in the event of objection to the processing of personal data. The right to erasure may not be exercised in the cases provided for in Article 17.3 of the GDPR.   • Right to withdraw consent: to withdraw consent for processing based on consent, with such withdrawal applying for the future.
  • Right to lodge a complaint: to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés, if the data subject considers that the processing carried out constitutes a breach of their personal data rights.
  • Right to define instructions regarding the fate of their personal data after death.

Article 9. Applicable Law

These Rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of these Rules that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent court.
