Close to You is a simple, generous and personalized program where every euro spent on the site earns you 1 loyalty point.

Depending on the number of points you accumulate, you belong to one of the 4 tiers: PURPLE, BLACK, WHITE, GOLD, unlocking a universe of unique rewards.

The loyalty program is valid only online at maison-close.com.

Membership is free and can only be done online. It will be processed if all the required information is completed and if you have agreed to the terms and conditions.

Each tier gives you access to unique benefits and rewards. To see all the benefits available for your tier, go to your customer area, "Loyalty" tab.

The PURPLE, BLACK, WHITE and GOLD tiers are determined based on the amount spent.

With each new purchase, you accumulate loyalty points that give you the opportunity to maintain your current tier and the associated unique benefits and rewards, or to reach a higher tier.

Following the rule of 1 euro spent = 1 loyalty point earned, you will therefore need to have accumulated:

• 600 points to become a BLACK member
• 1000 points to become a WHITE member
• 2500 points to become a GOLD member

You will be notified by email when your status changes.

1 euro spent = 1 loyalty point earned.

Certain actions can also earn you points:

- 20 points for creating your account
- 20 points for subscribing to the Maison Close newsletter
- 30 points on your second purchase
- 10 points when you follow us on: Instagram , Tiktok , Pinterest , via the loyalty page in the "How to earn points?" tab, provided you are logged into your account.

To reward your loyalty, moving to a higher status also earns you points:
+50 points for achieving BLACK status
+100 points for WHITE status,
+150 points for GOLD status.

As soon as you join the loyalty program, your purchases and actions are recorded and you start accumulating points.

Loyalty points cannot be used for discounts or experiences.

Because your loyalty deserves to be fully rewarded, Close to You program points do not expire.

If you decide to return or cancel your entire order, your loyalty points accumulated for this order will be automatically cancelled (including points initially accumulated on delivery charges).

However, if you decide to return or cancel part of your order, only the loyalty points accumulated for the items concerned will be cancelled.

Depending on your status and the benefits associated with it, your shipping costs will be automatically cancelled at checkout. You will only need to be logged in to your account to be able to identify your status.
