How does the Close to you loyalty program work?

Close to you is a simple, generous and close to you program where each euro spent on the site earns you 1 loyalty point
Depending on the number of points you accumulate, you belong to one of the 4 levels: PURPLE, BLACK, WHITE, GOLD unlocking a universe of unique rewards.
The loyalty program is only valid online on the maison-close.com website.
Membership is free and can only be done online. It will be taken into account if all the mandatory information requested is completed and if you have adhered to the conditions.

Loyalty levels

How do bearings work?

Each level gives you access to unique benefits and rewards. To view all the benefits available for your level, go to your customer area, “My loyalty” tab.

How is my status determined?

The BLACK, WHITE and GOLD tiers are recalculated every 12 months from the date you enter your new tier. They will therefore change depending on your purchases.
With each new purchase, you accumulate loyalty points which give you the possibility to keep your level and the associated unique benefits and rewards, or to reach a higher level.
By following the rule 1 euro spent = 1 loyalty point accumulated, you will therefore need to have accumulated:

  • 600 points to become a BLACK member
  • 1000 points to become a WHITE member
  • 2500 points to become a GOLD member

Conversely, if you fail to maintain the number of loyalty points required to remain in the tier, you will move to a lower status 12 months after your entry.
You will be notified by email when your status changes.

How do points work?

1 euro spent = 1 loyalty point accumulated
Actions can also earn you points: 20 points for creating your account and 10 points when you follow our Instagram account @maison-close , via the loyalty page in the “How to earn points?” tab, provided you are logged in to your account.
To reward your loyalty, moving to a higher status also earns you points: +50 points for moving to BLACK status, +100 points for WHITE status, +150 points for GOLD status.
As soon as you join the loyalty program, your purchases and actions are recorded and you start to accumulate points.
Loyalty points cannot be used for discounts or experiences.

How long are my points valid?

Your loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the last activity recorded on your customer account (action performed or purchase made). Any new purchase automatically extends the expiration of all your points by 12 months.
After 12 months of inactivity (no orders and no actions on the Close to you program), your points expire and you lose all of your points.

What happens if my order is refunded (in whole or in part)?

If you decide to return or cancel your entire order, your loyalty points accumulated for this order will be automatically cancelled (including for points initially accumulated on delivery costs).
However, if you decide to return or cancel part of your order, only the loyalty points accumulated for the items concerned will be canceled.

Additional benefits

How is free shipping applied at checkout?

Depending on your status and the benefits associated with it, your shipping costs will be automatically cancelled at checkout. You will only need to be logged in to your account to be able to identify your status.
